Very central, walking distance to the very nice Arboleda area and right next to a big supermarket.
Really nice and helpful staff
Rooms are very big with thin walls and the doors have little to no soundproofing, so you can hear everything going on outside the room (it was like having a curtain instead of a door) and from the neighboring rooms.
The mall connected to the hotel is half empty, slightly desolate despite the big brands present.

The property is clean, and close to plenty restaurants and stores.

The location and the View is amazing, the accessibility. and personal is really friendly. we got no issue at all with hotel amenities and the support provided
at arrival we got no service to inform us about anything.. the Bellboy never show up.. only after I came in to confirm reservation and talk with the front desk they offer to support but at that point was useless.. nobody is there welcoming or inviting the guest to comin.. no security, no one shows up to let us in..
