Great location, good value for money and not too crowded rooms.
The showers and bathrooms could be a bit more worked on and a bit cleaner. The beds are really loud, so if you have problems with sound while sleeping just someone turning in their bed will wake you up.

Everything.
Nothing.

The staff made everything super easy and comfortable.
Open space is great, you don't feel in a tiny hostel at all.
Beds are good and, at least the day I tayed there, it was calm enough (Berlin Marathon).
There was breakfast (to pay) and even, due to Berlin Marathon, gave (complimentary) bananas and cake, good move!
The showers areas need some more hangers and something to sit down and/or leave your things on there.

The stay was ok, was expecting it to be better reading the reviews.
I booked a 4 bed ensuite hostel room and paid for that and was given a 6 bed saying there is no availability and was not even given any refund of the difference, the person at the reception easily passed the bill to the manager saying we can't do unless manager is here and asked me to adjust, the room was not very clean, the shared bathrooms were dirty and toilets were very untidy.
