We had an amazing stay! The hotel and the water park were absolutely perfect. The staff was super friendly, polite, and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Just minor details, overall the pros far outweighed the cons.. breakfast could be a bit richer and more varied, and housekeeping didn't always replace towels automatically so we had to call and request them.

Aqua Park slides
Excellent lunch variety in the indoor pool restaurant
Reception Staff some of them speak English but others are poor communicators
Less than average buffet breakfast variety and quality
Handful and limited choices for room service food so don’t build high hopes on this
It gets very crowded indeed in the weekend
Expensive price for the quality of services provided .

Proximity to places
Compared to our previous stay, we paid a higher price but received fewer amenities. The room did not have a refrigerator, and no complimentary beverages were provided. This was disappointing, especially considering the increased rate.

The activities for the kids were nice. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff at the reception/bar were lovely.
It really was not worth the money we paid for this. The food was really not good at all and was really expensive.
The staff at the aqualand were quite rude and the food in the aqualand was absolutely abysmal.
