Breakfast was good and the location was very good
The cleanliness was lacking and expensive for this type of accomodation

Exciting entry to convenient, underground garage. Nice to have decent breakfast. Room spacious enough and equipped. Good location. Staff efficient and helpful.
Weak wi-fi. TV useless. Could not use either. TV was to be controlled by phone connection which did not work.

I am very tall, so I needed a double room to fit comfortably and get a good night's sleep. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was excellent. The shower was great, and the whole experience was very pleasant.
I only paid for breakfast once, as I found it quite expensive for what was on offer.
The staff were incredibly helpful. Two of the receptionists recommended attractions to visit in Budapest and pointed them out on a map. They also helped me with the pronunciation of one or two Hungarian place names, which I really appreciated.
A pleasant stay overall.
It was fine. A very smooth hotel.

The location is close to the most tourist attractions. The Room size is good.
The bath room is not clean enough, there is yellow or pink(mold like)color on many places(shower curtain, floor corner and gaps between wall and the washbasin) and the carpet in the room is very dirty. I asked the service desk to change the shower curtain, but it seems they just clean it a little bit, but didn’t change it).
