Can work on acoustics especially in a city central hotel - rooms can be a bit more quiet

Location on MG Road
Staff were poorly trained, not empowered to make decisions. Service in the dining area was very slow. They struggled to find a simple Vodka for my friend. Not what we would expect in a 5 star hotel.
