The staff were excellent. Overall, the hotel is quaint, has character & is cosy. Breakfast is excellent. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The dining room is cute. The hotel is within walking distance of the main part of town (downhill to the city, uphill on the way back), but there is a free shuttle bus that comes at 20- 30 minute intervals (the hotel gives you a transport pass). (you need to find out the schedule from the staff or at the stop (across the street). It differs on weekdays and weekends, and stops by a certain time at night. But it is a very short distance by taxi or Uber. Overall, very happy with the hotel. The price is good for Switzerland!

Yuriy and the ladies working there were extremely helpful and kind, they answered all our questions with a smile on their faces which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They went out of their way to help and stayed after closing to check us in.The location was great, the room was well sized and clean and the bathroom was well equipped. We would recommend to anyone and would visit again if in the area!

Hotel located in the historic part of Montreux, easy downhill walk to the city centre; Bus connection directly in front of the hotel.
The room (Junior Suite) was spacious, very clean - everything there what is needed. No AC - could be a challenge during hot summers. Very good breakfast, very friendly, supportive staff.
