The check-in procedure requires a few emails to ensure the code is sent. Can be tricky to navigate

The location is easily accessible.

It is located close to bus stop and Lidl store if you need to grab something to eat fast

I had a room on first floor with a cars parking under a windows. They were making a noise at night and it’s impossible to keep a window opened for fresh air. Unfortunately, the room did not have any air conditioning or fan for cooling off. A room itself was clean and has everything ( except air conditioner) we needed for short stay before or flight .

Room was 'ok' - when we finally got in after 3 hours ! - no-one there at all, not even by phone - they totally do not care.

Absurd lack of communication. Absurd instructions on how to get access to room. No-one there, and no-one answers the phone. They send a code [auto generated WRONG CODE] just before check-in (good luck if you have no wifi, as per some tourists we found completely stranded), the code is to open a box, that is labelled - NOT WORKING and wires falling out of it. We got in main building (good luck even finding it) through someone's kindness only. No info on how to even know what room you are in. We have to try every door - there are seemingly hundreds though, and of course our code is wrong anyway - absolutely dreadful situation. Meanwhile there is nowhere to park your car at all while you figure out all this. Took us 3 hours to figure all this out, all the time finding lots of tourists in the same problem, some very distressed with mothers and children etc. Finally we got someone to hotspot us, and find there is another late follow-up e-mail saying we have a new code for the door, but the door did not even seemingly exist, until we searched behind all sorts of 'escape-room' unlabelled doors! When we got in, the room was fine - basic but fine. Then we went out and helped all the other tourists try and figure out where they were, some women were in tears - what an absolute stessfull nightmare. I was VERY angry. Dodgy looking area too - if it were not Switzerland we would have been scared. Forget taxi or Uber, there's no way we could trust they would find us at 5am, Very LONG weird walk to airport in the dark - very scary, we only knew the way as we had walked from after returning our hire car.
