Reception did not have my payment confirmation done more than a week prior to my arrival. Required email proof. This is embarrasing and completely unaccepted. Reluctant to recommend this facility ONLY for this reason.
In sufficient administration processes between front desk and your finance departments. I believe 24-48 hour time should be more than enough to get payment verifications and update your front desk systems - Without Embarrasing the Guest.
