Modern facilities, excellent location, friendly staff.
The wellness area is a little tight.

They have a hearty breakfast. The room has excellent mountain view. I saw the morning mist drifting through the mountains. It is very close to the forests and the lake.

Very cosy room, delicious breakfast with a large choice of food ! We even got an upgrade! I would definitely recommend it!
The spa only opens at 3 pm but that’s a detail

Breakfast was big
The front desk was very unfriendly and rude. We arrived early to the hotel, and instead of kindly letting us know that it would not be possible to check us in before 4pm (after having received an email confirmation that we can checkin earlier), they resumed to give attitude.
A friend who left ski boots behind was given back the wrong boots from the ski room. After calling the hotel to say she was given the wrong ski boots and to also for help finding the rightful owner, she was told by the hotel on the phone that they cannot help because there is too much in lost and found.
We would expect as a hotel, the bare minimum is to be polite to help your guests wherever possible.
