We spent four nights at the hotel and we enjoyed it a lot. The room was very quiet and the view from the balcony was amazingly breathtaking! We ate every morning and evening at the restaurant, everything was tasty and generous. A special note for waitress Mirka who was absolutely lovely and really helped make our stay one of the best! Thanks again :-)
The pool at the spa is only a swimming pool, no bubbles or anything equivalent. Water temperature was fine to swim but definitely too cold just to wander around in the water.

This hotel is the perfect base for your stay in Wengen. A short walk (even with lots of bags) from the train station, which is the only way to arrive in Wengen. It's a car-free village. And super convenient to base yourself to the gondala and other attractions in the village. The rooms were cosy and modern and the beds were super comfortable. And we all loved the swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast was your typical European buffet and was the perfect way to get energy to attack the hiking throughout the day. The hidden bonus was the private karaoke room which was a memorable night with the family.
Nothing really worth noting.
Kids aren't allowed in the pool after 6pm.
And the sauna isn't heated until 2pm each day, so there is no opportunity for a morning session.

Sauna and steam room were great after a long day of walking. Aperol Spritz’s were some of the best I’ve ever had!
Room was small. Unbelievably expensive for what it was. The balcony was almost as big as the room itself. Poor availability of teas and coffee in the room.
