everything was great, I had a beautiful room with a great view. the room was big and also had a small kitchenette. the staff was very kind to and the location is perfect, just above the river promenade.
a small suggestion: firmer pillows would make a big difference

Good Location, the room was nice and cosy and the girl at the reception was extremely nice and helpful and did everything to try and make my stay as comfortable as possible!
The room was unfortunately not clean, there were huge spider webs on the walls and the bathroom was very poorly cleaned. The ventilation in the bathroom (which you cannot turn off unless all the lights are off) was extremely loud and unpleasant. Also the phone in the room didn’t work and there was a handle missing for a drawer under the tv…
Not the best hotel experience unfortunately.
