Boutiquehotel Das Tyrol

The room was lovely. Though smallish, there was plenty of room on either side of the large bed, a bench at the foot of the bed and a small sofa. Shower had great water pressure and hot water. The breakfast was good value for the money. The staff were quite helpful.

There were several steps into the hotel and then from reception to the elevator but the staff assisted in carrying my suitcase.

Very good breakfast, lovely staff.

Without a doubt, this is the best hotel you could possibly find in Vienna! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect, and I genuinely cannot praise this hotel enough. The hotel is simply stunning — beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, wonderfully fragrant, and impeccably maintained. Every single detail reflects the incredible care and attention that goes into making this place so special. The staff deserve endless compliments! Everyone was extremely polite, welcoming, attentive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly comfortable and valued throughout our entire stay. The level of hospitality here is simply outstanding. Breakfast is served à la carte, which is a little different from the traditional hotel breakfast experience, but it is absolutely excellent! The dishes are delicious, beautifully prepared, and incredibly satisfying. Everything we tried was fantastic! The room was equally impressive. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the showers were absolutely excellent. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed to provide maximum comfort. The location is also perfect! It couldn’t be better for exploring Vienna and enjoying everything this magnificent city has to offer. I also want to give a very special compliment to the housekeeping team. The room cleaning was absolutely exceptional! Every day, our room was left in immaculate condition, and the attention to detail was remarkable. Congratulations to the entire housekeeping staff for such outstanding work. Your dedication truly makes a difference! There is honestly nothing I can do but praise the entire team and the incredible care they put into maintaining this wonderful hotel. From the reception staff to the housekeeping team, everyone contributes to creating an unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect. Everything was flawless. Everything exceeded our expectations.
