The hotel needs a renovation. I have stayed there three times over the years. The rooms are getting old. Everything else is very good.
Location is great, walkable to Wangfujing. Staff is great! Very patient, friendly, kind, and helpful! They do go out of their ways to help guests!

The location of the property is great. Close to sight seeing places, shopping areas and food joints
The Concierge staff were excellent. They helped us in ordering food to be delivered at Hotel.
The Hotel did not have in-room dining. So it is difficult to order food in need.

Friendly staff. Clean, quiet as it is set back from the main road. Spacious room.

All good

The location is good. They have free washers and dryers which is really convenient. The facilities are clean and the staff is available and helpful. The staff was very friendly.
The hotel is not as nice as it bills itself to be. The rooms are small. The family suite room is the same size as the other rooms which deceitful in my opinion. All they do to make a normal room a family suite is open up the fold-out bed in the couch. If you ask for the bed to be folded out in the regular room, they want to charge you more.
The concierge is not helpful. All they do is call a Didi (Uber equivalent), which you can do yourself. They can't book a car reservation ahead of time which is why people need a concierge in the first place.
