The breakfast was great. The room was nice, and I even got a free upgrade to business class. The staff were really nice and helpful. The location was really convenient for visiting the universities and making use of the public transport.

I loved it. I was there for an entire week so you should trust my review. It was very comfortable, clean and everyone was super helpful and nice to me. I would like to comment the very helpful cleaning staff, the very welcoming restaurant stuff, particularly the woman welcoming guests at breakfast who became a morning smiley face during a hard week at work. Also the concierge staff are fantastic. There are robots bringing you deliveries in the room which is cool. And the gym is really nice and open 24 hours. I also used the laundry which was quick and not too expensive. 10/10.
Nothing! Was sad to leave.

Once we got moved to a modernised room it was good. Beware the old rooms, they are very dated and don’t represent good value.
