The location is amazing, the check in process was easy even after the reception has closed. Couldn't fault it and would love to return.
Nothing, everything was sublime.

It was beautiful; perfect for us on our cycling tour
Nothing to dislike

Brilliant room in secure location - it’s a shame you can’t swim in the lake nearby. It’s a marina
Pool was dirty and not maintained as would expect from a high priced establishment. Algae on steps and automatic pool cleaner not emptied etc. We tried to do what we could

The hotel has a wonderful location on Lake Geneva, with beautiful views. Our room was spacious and had a very large, comfortable bed.
The hotel feels somewhat dated and would benefit from renovation. The bathroom showed signs of age and dampness. The property feel less well maintained than expected.
