Great location , excellent staff and wonderful restaurant .
Very noisy as working with drilling constantly . Rooms very dated especially bathrooms with a shower in the bath that was difficult to get into and very slippery.
The balcony was rotten and the wood gave me splinters .
They were really trying but it needs attention .
