The hotel is clean and had all the facilities we needed. The crew was very nice and oriented.
For the price we paid - we should've got a stinky hostel so that was great.
The location was good, 7 min walk from the HBF.
The AC Didn't work

In my opinion, this hotel only resembles the original Best Western brand in name. I previously stayed at a four-star Best Western hotel in Oman, and the difference in quality was enormous. I honestly don’t think this hotel deserves a four-star rating; at best, it feels like a two-star hotel.
The cleanliness was very disappointing. The toilet and shower were dirty, and there was hair on the bedsheet, which made it seem like the sheets had not been changed. I was too tired to complain since we were only staying for one night.
