It was clean, and the staff was the nicest we’ve ever had in Germany.
I can’t think of anything.

I liked how the staff really cared about me and how supportive they were. I was always excited to pass the reception. Loved it!

Close to train station
No air-conditioning and very noisy street

Very responsive and friendly staff. Central location in walking distance to the train station.
It was way too hot in the room (in May) and it felt like there was a plastic layer below the sheet - I didn't sleep well. The toilet wasn't clean.
