Location was very good. However, we expected them to be more customer friendly and encouraging. Specially, if you are having 2 rooms for 7 days. Breakfast to be more wide specially when you are 5 star hotel and charging around 300 Euros per night.
Amount of physical space in the room and cleanliness.
