Clean good value for money.
Cleaning was not default. You need to ask for it. Warm water was slow, 10 min wait for every shower. Radiator was REALLY loud on over step 2.

The staff people at the front desk were very helpful to us in solving some technological issues.
The coffee in the restaurant did not taste fresh.

I come here any time I am around Maintal for work. This time I got a room 314 which really needs to be fixed in few things. Normally I have no problem with the hotel but this time it was disappointing . Also somebody entered the room while I was there, at 8.30am it was a man and I don't think is safe for my belonging. What would happen if somebody goes in and out take an expensive watch from a customer at 8.30 am in the morning? Who would believe about anybody entering the room?
