Central location near train station, the courtyard was pretty (although it could get noisy), the rooms were comfortable albeit a bit dated. Good value for money.
Noise and smoking from the courtyard came into our room. Breakfast was average and over-priced. The staff on front desk weren’t very friendly (although the young lady who looked after breakfast was helpful and nice). Rooms could have been cleaner.

Great location, right opposite the S-Bahn station, close to restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Friendly staff, large clean room
Since the weather globally is warming up, maybe hotels can think of having at least a fan in the room. During warm days, the room can get a little hot with the windows closed. Even a small table fan can help. This is just a suggestion, not a dislike.

Room and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly, efficient and always available should they be needed. the location close to Charlottenburg station was a godsend.
Obviously, as it was the week of the largest exhibition in rail in Europe, the pricing went up and the price booked changed when I checked in due to exchange rate fluctuations and the final price was extremenly high despite all of the good points.

The cuteness , location, close to train station, shops without the noise and crowd.
The internet in my room (45), it was really not good at all. Urgent need for improvement.
