Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and efficient.
It was a bit warm, but using the fan and opening the balcony door helped cool off quickly. The fire alarm at 6:50am did not help :).

Excellent breakfast
Helpful staff
Good for people staying for a longer time, the room had a hob and a microwave and the hotel had a laundry.
We visited during Oktoberfest, so it was expensive.
There were roadworks outside the hotel, they did tell us before our trip but we could not have booked somewhere else at such short notice and we had paid a non refundable price. Obviously this is only temporary.

Good hotel, A bit far from the old town of Munich, but considering the Oktoberfest season it was the affordable choice. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean.
They not clean the rooms every day, only if you ask them a day in advance. But this is custom in Germany i think.
