I booked this hotel, because it had a free shuttle to the airport which worked out beautifully for me. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful.
There are no grocery stores within walking distance, so if you plan to cook here and don't have a car, you will want to bring groceries with you. Also, there is one restaurant within walking distance, but it is only open for lunch. You can buy a pizza through the hotel reception if needed.

A very comfortable stay
The location was farther from the airport than I had thought.

Friendly personnel. Comfortable bed but the pillow kept losing bits of filling.
Aeroplanes approach the landing strip and fly low over the hotel .... every 10 minutes from 06:00 to 00:30.
When sitting outside by the pool you can't hear each other every 10 minutes.
Rooms are not serviced unless you stay longer than 7 days.
The shower drained slower than the water came in.
Bathroom furniture was falling apart.
Upstairs neighbour left her howling dog alone in the room on numerous nights.
Very far from Toulouse which means Uber drivers are reluctant to come for pick-ups.
Limited dining options within walking distance.
Safe doesn't work.
