The staff were excellent and very attentive, especially Nicholas in the downstairs cafe/bar.
The room was great as we were upgraded to a bigger twin bedded room.
The proximity to Ocean terminal was a plus for us as we were leaving on a cruise
It’s one of the older properties in Hong Kong as we stayed there 20+ years ago. It’s is still in a good position on Kowloon.

Great location right in the middle of a good area and very close to the Star ferry terminal
Bed could have been better , a bit of roll together .

Location is excellent. Room size above the average in Hong Kong. Very near to StarFerry and metro facilities in Tsin Sham Tsui.

The Location is great.
The Rooms are outdated. Room inside felt more like 3-4 star hotel.
I arrived late, and room service was already closed (closes at 23:00).
