Excellent location by the tram and with view of the lake. Pleasant staff. Good parking. Good wifi. Lovely shower in en suite.
Restaurant not open at the weekend which we hadn't appreciated. Need better selection of tea in the room - I am British, 'red fruits' is not tea! Poor selection of channels on TV.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good, with the view of the lake and the tram for easy travel to the city.
The toilet cistern was faulty, and was continually filling with water. This was noisy and not environmentally friendly.
The iron was broken and damaged our clothing. A reimbursement for the clothing has been offered.
The fitness room was not well equipped. 1 Dumbell only. Towels weren't available in the fitness room.
The gate to the pool was broken, jamming and dangerous. The ladder into the pool was loose and dangerous.
The air-conditioning was in efficient. We had to leave it on 24/7 to keep our room somewhat cool. Not environmentally friendly.
