Honestly the hotel itself once inside is super nice. Room is modern, bed is super comfy and big, bathroom is modern. Staff are friendly
Absolutely shocking location. Super dodgy. Really ruins the hotel. That 5 min walk from the metro to the hotel is one of the dodgiest walks I’ve done and I’ve travelled central and South America. Do not recommend for more than 1 night or for a family or for single travellers

Really helpful and friendly staff. Cleanliness, everything you need supplied. Central location and as such hotel designed effectively with the small spaces. Very comfortable bed and bedding.
Could here noises from street and corridor, but ear plugs sorted that.

It’s clearly new and the rooms are well equipped and the breakfast is good. They have gluten free options for breakfast. The location is close to a couple of metro stations and the main train stations.
They charged me an extra for a 3 year old. I go to Paris often and it’s always fine with a double without crib. The hotel charged an extra bed and moved us to a triple even though I asked to stay on a double room. They said they are obliged but I have to go to Paris very often and this never happened to me before.
The bathroom needs a proper place to hang wet towels. The bathroom would benefit from active ventilation or a window that is able to open just the top.
The breakfast is 9/10 but it would be perfect if it had gluten free muesli (cheap to buy and pleases the guests).

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Gare du Nord and close to a metro station. The bed was comfortable, the room had all the basic amenities, and the wooden floor is a plus for people with carpet allergies. The lift was working properly, the shower was fine, and breakfast was good. The room was quiet, which made for a pleasant affordable stay.
As with many hotels in Paris, the rooms are relatively small. For one person it was fine, but for a couple it might feel a bit tight. The main point to note is the neighbourhood - around La Chapelle metro station it can feel a bit unsafe at times. However, it’s actually more lively than dangerous, with a colourful mix of Indian and African shops and restaurants that give the area its own charm.
