We’ve stayed there before as a stop over on route & it’s situated perfectly, comfortable, with lots of amenities.

Great location for the old town.
Difficult to get into the car park. No instructions near the barriers.
Going in and out through a shopping centre was odd.

The property outside was not in good condition and looks very dated

Location , parking and close to all the sight seeing areas
It stank. Either trash or sewage or horrible air fresher scents everywhere. Staff was smelling sweat. A bit of body hygiene would be good. No nondairy Breakfast options, also upon request. Room in bad condition, dirty windows. its not 4 star at all. Too expensive. The shopping mal around it is very trashy
