The staff at Hotel Central Saint Germain are so pleasant! Kelif at the front desk was very gracious with helping me to correct my booking. The breakfast buffet has numerous fresh options.
We didn't have a fan in our bathroom, not sure anything could be done about that?

The location was perfect although there was a lot of noise until quite late from a restaurant facing the hotel.
The outside noise. The rooms were a little stuffy and we needed the window open but it kept us awake and disturbed our sleep.
