It was close to the station and it was an old building with character!
The TV didn’t work but I didn’t have time to watch anything this time.

Breakfast was nice and there was always sufficent at different times of the morning
Location was ideal right opposite station and tram stop and tram to centre only about 10mins.
The aircon unit makes a loud 3 second groan every 5mins or so which did wake me a few times as im a light sleeper but so e may not nice it

The reception staff were exceedingly helpful and kind both on checking in and checking out. My room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom area required refurbishment. The kettle and tea and coffee bags were welcome. Close proximity to the station was great.
Better sound proofing to reduce external noise would be very beneficial. The quality of the bathroom area needs improvement.
