I like the location and the neighbourhood. it's close to independent and larger stores and has a great range of places to eat and all sorts of cuisines to enjoy.
The walks to the tram stops and the river are all convenient.
For a city break where you want to explore the city, it's a great choice.
Some areas of the hotel could do with "an update", but this is not a problem at the moment. I think it's fine and made up for by the excellent staff and the location.

Very central hotel with a comforatable room
The breakfast, as the beans were cold and I have had better elsewhere.

Good location in city centre and easy walk from tram F from the airport and main train station.
The bed was old and the mattress too soft. The whole hotel is past it's prime and a bit shabby. The hallways and lifts seemed hot and musty. Not nice.
