Staff was incredibly attentive. We had a late night arrival (after midnight) and they made sure we had something to eat in their beautiful dining area before we went to our room. We also had an early departure one morning, and once again, they made sure to get us breakfast beforehand.
Nothing! Everything was great. The sunrise with the Blue Mosque was spectacular.

Location is perfect. If you have never been to Istanbul and this is your first visit the location is ideal. You can easily walk everywhere. Also the view from the roof is unmatched
My only gripe, which was rectified, was the bed linens. The duvet (with comforter inside) seems to be meant for a smaller mattress. It’s virtually the same width as the mattress. Instead of over-hanging the mattress by 10-12” on each side. Odd. We rectified this asking for a second duvet. House keep was happy to provide a second and all work out wonderfully.
