The hotel is in a superb location. It has direct access to the sea and is not far from the city centre.
The friendly staff helped sort out all our issues. The cleaning was carried out regularly and to a high standard. Many thanks to Irina for that. Additional services were included: the spa, the gym and the swimming pool.
The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working. And it seemed as though it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. There’s nowhere in the room to dry your clothes (a swimsuit or other items after a day at the beach).
Breakfasts are rather monotonous every day. But I suppose that’s standard practice.

Location excellent, Hotel is of a good standard, staff were friendly.
Gave us an upgraded room as we were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary, Fruit Basket and small gift also in the room.
Bed was decorated in the shape if a heart too.

Sve je sjajno, od ureðenosti, osoblja do hrane. Sve sa osmijehom i puno ljubaznosti!

Location was great
The staff weren’t very helpful - no information given on check in even about the hotel layout , breakfast location and time, other facilities etc and we weren’t asked if we wanted any help etc. I commented it was the fastest checkin ever however that’s not necessarily a good thing. I had emailed the hotel previously asking for help with trips etc and they responded they would help on arrival - still no help given .
the cleaners never took or cleaned any glasses or cups from the room or cleaned anything really . Upon checkout I was asked if everything was ok with the stay and I responded the cleaning could have been improved and he didn’t even respond .
The room was ok but the pool was far too small for the number of guests and towels filled every sunbed by 8/8.30 every morning so we didn’t use the pool once
