Location, beautiful building. Bar and reception rooms on the ground floor are beautiful and was a pleasure to spend time in them with the fires lit. Lots of lovely comfortable areas to sit and get cosy on a cold day.
Very good breakfast, delicious produce.
Friendly staff who took a genuine interest in you, very helpful and attentive.
Loved the sea view from the room.
Our bedroom, was described as a cosy double so we didn’t expect a large room however it was too cramped.. very hard to walk by the bottom of the bed against a wall. Bathroom very very small and hard to manoeuvre around. The room needs a good clean and refresh as walls dirty and scuffed. Also the shower has no water pressure and needs dirty grout cleaning.

The decor was very nice the room was nicely set out and spotless. The Lovely view while sat watching the waves from the window.. It felt very special to be in such a beautiful building .
Nothing to complain about

The staff where very friendly and polite. The location was excellent for town, pier and prominard
The bed was very uncomfortable, bedding was old and lumpy.
The shower was set at a fixed angle which shot water across the bath to the opposite wall soaking towels and shelf.
The head had to be manually held to have any short of shower. very difficult
