Great location- good value for price
Good communication on self service check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable Stephane and Emmanuelle were friendly and responsive.
Rooms and bathrooms were small- but again, the price for this location just off the main square (Place Republique where the Papal Palace is located) was a v. good value. Easy to walk to historic sites, bakeries, shops and restaurants within 5-10 min.
Thanks :)

Location was great. Staff at the hotel were really helpful and gave us suggestions of places to visit/ restaurants etc.
We only had breakfast one day - thought it was quite expensive and included a lot of things I dont want to eat at breakfast eg lots of cakes. Not a problem as we went out to a cafe!

Apartment was great
No on available to help my friend get her bags upstairs. I felt terrible, because I chose the hotel and my friend was very upset

Location was good
No parking for our car besides a parking garage far from hotel.
Small room and stairs. More like a dorm room. Bed was hard and plastic headboard.
