The location was good for us as it was close to GBK stadium where Kanye West concert was..
The staff very helpful and very professional, the room had a nice view..
Small items require upgrades but nothing serious..

The staff were amazing, so friendly, especially Almas. She was awesome.
The beds were comfortable and the pool and gym were good.
Breakfast was very good with lots of variety
We asked for non smoking room when booking but then got put into a smoking room.
At first the receptionist said she couldn't change our room but after a bit of discussion decided she could change.
The first room stunk of cigarettes.
The new room was a lot better.
Also the shower drain was a bit blocked so the water built up around your feet if you showered for too long.

There are blue bird taxi standby at the side of hotel which is makes easier for you to get ride, getting uber is really take time because of the traffic jam near the hotel.
On my last night they did clean my bedroom but not my bathroom. I don’t understand why they missed it.

Staff was very helpful and accomodating and the bed was decent.
It was a bit run down and had a weird smell in the room. Towels were stained and at breakfast it would have been useful to have English explanation on the cards describing what the food on offer was.
