Friendly and helpful staff, lovely rooms, great pillows. Quiet. Great bar and dining, exceptional breakfast, even barista made coffee. Minutes from airport with hotel shuttle.
No issues.

Close to the airport for an overnight stay
Long walk to get the hotel shuttle
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Comfortable, efficient, a good variety of different types of meals (i.e. after a long flight you might not want a typical dinner), friendly staff.
The shuttle transport from the airport to the hotel did not arrive despite being booked.

Never had your breakfast
It was still shut when we had to leave - no refund either
I ordered room service for dinner
It was discusting
Steak was still raw bleeding everywhere- meant to be well done
Burger was raw
Chips were soggy and cold
Really terrible experience
The food was absolutely shit
We have 87 staff that travel trough Sydney to fly back to Perth weekly
It’s a shame you miss out on all of that
