Very welcoming and the staff are very respectful and nice. I had an issue with my care and they were nice enough to support and offer help.

Great Facility
The noise from the AC coming from outside as I was in the third floor, on the side of the AC unit.

Location
The room layout is very poor, particularly in terms of the finishing and overall functionality. There is no closed cupboard, and the room is so small that I had to move around carefully.
The bathroom is also poorly designed and feels more suitable for a train compartment than a hotel room. Moreover, the shower partition is installed on the wrong side, causing the entire bathroom to flood whenever someone showers.
