Had a problem with the shower and when I called reception they didn’t help for an hour.

The hotel is massive and has lots of entertaining areas, several pools, a bar and the all inclusive package offers flexibility in terms of food and beverage. But mostly the staff were really nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you are looking for a relaxed and fun holiday with family and friends.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sharm El Sheikh and within walking distance of the beach. The rooms are very spacious, and the food is delicious
there were several disappointing points. The biggest disappointment for us was the room arrangement. We came as a honeymoon couple, but unfortunately, we were given a twin room with two separate beds. Just imagine arriving for your honeymoon and finding two separate beds in your room. There was also no special welcome or small gesture to acknowledge that we were honeymooners. This was very disappointing for us and definitely not the experience we expected on such a special trip.
Another problem is that when you need something, it can be difficult to find someone who will take responsibility. For example, I needed a pair of slippers and asked a housekeeper. He told me to go to reception. Reception then told me to go to the concierge. It felt like everyone was passing the responsibility to someone else instead of simply helping us.
Finally, especially at dinner time, it can be very difficult to find an empty table and chairs because the restaurant gets extremely crowded.

Plenty of pools, activities, close to a good beach.
The cleanliness wasn't the best; the towels and sheets were stained, and the bathroom had no ventilation, so it smelled bad.
