Very central for visiting San Sebastien and Vitoria, spacious room and hotel.
No heating on or towel rails, room and bathroom was cold. Unable to dry towels of wet clothes.

Electric socket by desk broken, pulled straight out of wall, dangerous.
Obligatory light by door in room, illuminates room all night and hummed loudly.

Good location, lovely historic building and quiet surroundings. Lovely view from the room and comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
Dinner was the worst experienced in Spain. Cold, tasteless, meat tough, fish contained lots of small bones. Very disappointing as half board was not cheap and this was a special stay for us. Security lights dazzling in the room and positioned to overlook the bed. No interest or apology on check out, check-in staff were lovely.
