The food was amazing. Loved the Design. Facilities in the pool and spa area were lovely. Also enjoyed some classes.
Lack of overt information about pricing of outdoor pool facilities and indoor spa facilities. Bed was exceptionally soft which personally was very uncomfortable and no way of regulating room temperature. Also total lack of privacy in ensuite bathroom. Customer service in Spa was functional but lacked warmth or welcoming//open vibe. I actually felt unwelcome to be honest.
