Huge Apartment - spacious outdoor balcony - main pool looked amazing although we didn't use it.
The apartment could have done with a bit more of a thorough clean overall.

View, location, beds, awespme for a family to share and especialoly with 2 bathrooms

Lovely apartment spacious with fab views
Apartment wasn’t clean we had to thoroughly clean the kitchen and fridge
Wash the dishes as they wer greasy

Great position close to everything the beach is directly opposite and it has a spacious communal pool and spa
I’ve stayed at Kirra surf since it was built in many different self catering appartments.
Unit 201 is located on the back of the building it’s noisy as it’s directly above the road. It has a private pool and with little people I thought it would be great however it gets the brutal western sun in the afternoon. There are no sun lounges and no umbrella so the huge outdoor area is unusable in the mid to late afternoon as there is no shelter.
The unit has no wow factor as all of the others do and it was dirty, empty bottles and lollie wrappers under the beds, the microwave hadn’t been cleaned, skirting boards need cleaning food crumbs in the freezer and some undesirable crawling creatures!
