Very close the our event venue, staff were friendly, bed was very comfy
Couldn’t find out about early check in until we were in Auckland and had to drive three hours to get there

Room was all that was needed for one night. Breakfast was outstanding, a lot choices and very well presented. Bed = comfortable. Surprised how I couldn't hear the busy road outside from the room.
No USB charging points in the room. I had forgotten my charging block but had the cable!

The bed was comfy and the room was clean, although a little worn.
I hadn't comprehended how 'budget' an Ibis is. No mini bar so when I checked in and talked about getting a bar of chocolate from the mini bar with a cup of tea, the receptionist didn't say that wasn't possible. She also said it was possible to order room service breakfast but the QR code/app did NOT give me the option to do that.
