Breakfast is very good. The location is very central and closer to train and bus station. The room is adequate
The room was hot and stuffy. since it is centralized Ac., you cannot control individually. They gave small fan which was making noise throughout stay. Also, the cleaning staff do not replace the coffee and sugar sachets most of the times.

A very good location, right next to the train station and in the very heart of the city. While the reception area, the restaurant, and even the corridors were fine, the room itself was a huge disappointment. The hotel is supposedly a 4-star establishment, yet the room was like a dormitory. The furniture was cheap and looked awful. The walls were completely bare—I’m not asking for elaborate decorations, but entirely empty walls create a sad impression. There was no kettle, water, coffee, or tea in the room; while these could be obtained at the reception, the whole point is to avoid having to leave your room and wander through the hallways, trying not to scald yourself with a hot drink along the way. The window wouldn't open, and the ventilation system made noise all night long. There was no way to adjust the temperature in the room, so we ended up freezing. The difference between the description and photos versus the reality is massive. On the plus side, the breakfast was decent—plentiful, with a wide selection of tasty dishes. However, the restaurant was overcrowded, so we had to hunt for an available table.
