Location is good
Smell in the room not so pleasant even though it’s clean

Really comfortable room. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, I had some adhoc requests that they helped me with. Breakfast is excellent. Soundproofing in the room great. A nice location if you want to be away from tourist hustle and bustle. Lovely local park 5 mins away.

Great location, great staff , very clean and comfy
Rooms are quite small, but for a solo traveler it's fine.

Proximity to restaurants and commercial spaces
The cleaning was not properly done and not in time for my check in. I spent 45 minutes waiting after my check in time was due. There was no waste bin to allow for waste disposal.
