Breakfast was value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodating as our daughter can be very fussy regarding what she eats. Staff were efficient, tables were cleaned and cleared ready for the next family or person.
Staff accommodated requests from guests.
The room was spacious, clean and light. We had a wonderful view of the tower. Beds were comfy and a good size.
The room was clean and well presented.
Wish the parking was free

Hotel was generally very good, with nice lounge, great breakfast and very pleasant and helpful staff
Our room being located on the top floor which was accessible only via stairs ( no lift ) with a very narrow corridor - not great when you have a ( fully declared when booking ) one year old child. This had a negative impact for us and took the shine off our otherwise very good stay.
