Close to the hospital and walking distance to cafes and restaurants

Bathroom was large - room small but functional and very clean. Instructions regarding entry and exit were well explained. House was quiet. Location is close to facilities.
Narrow nature of bedroom made the TV superfluous as you could not view it from the bed, No in-room iron/ironing board and I couldn't find where shared laundry was located.

Lady on reception was excellent in changing our room to the back of the building to avoid traffic noise
Noise from TV of adjoining room. Smell of cooking from the kitchen. Price was high for the quality of the room/hotel

"Staff at the reception was helpful and friendly.
The location was great - a short walk to shopping mall and light rail.
It is also close to a number of nice cafes and restaurants.
Also to clarify -..."
