Good location closeby the seaside, well kept gardens with helpful, smiley and kind owners and staff.
Quite old facilities in the room, bathroom and kitchen sink. Room and balcony furniture worn, poor drying facilities for beach stuff and old room equipments.

Einfache und sehr saubere Zimmer in ruhiger Lage! Sympathische Inhaber.
Nur einzelne Zimmer haben Meerblick.

L’emplacement
Pour un studio: Pas de table et chaise à l’intérieur pour manger et pas possible de faire de la cuisine

- location was good, close to Batsi port and beach
- owners are friendly and helpful
- Rooms are very very basic and often uncomfortable (e.g. mattresses) with old furniture (e.g old and noisy fridge)
- our kitchen was full of ants, not much changed after we pointed it out
- the price per night (90€) is definitely too much for what you get
