Loved the location especially for the amount spent. Close to the main township, however does sit more on an uphill. Staff were great, loved returning to a clean room every day.
No elevators. There is concierge to help with bags however at the time me and my friend checked in, we had to take our bags ourselves to our rooms which was a bit far from the front desk area and was one level up.

Loved how close it is to downtown Queenstown. My room was in a building closer to the road, downstairs, so it was relatively quiet and close to the gym, which was nice. The breakfast buffet was great, and staff was nice! I didn't order room service except for asking for ice (US hotels usually have ice machines).
Some guests were loud in the hallways and I could hear closing doors, but otherwise it was quiet. A shuttle service to the airport when leaving would have been nice.

The staff were very kind and left us a lovely note wishing us a happy honeymoon, which was a really nice touch. Our room was very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was excellent — we could easily walk into central Queenstown.
The main downside was the noise. Our room was close to a bend in the car park, so we could clearly hear cars passing, doors closing and a delivery van parked right next to our window. We could also hear plumbing/banging noises from the neighbouring room when someone was showering, so the sound insulation could be better. Parking was quite limited as well; on the first night we had to leave the car on a nearby street. Breakfast was a little basic, but acceptable.
