Location is the best in town, the rooms have been done up and are lovely. Good to have cable tv is as well. They offer breakfast and you can leave you bags if you turn up prior to check in.
The water in the shower is never hot enough

Great location and lovely staff with very comfortable beds
The shower pressure not great and look like they need a upgrade to match the rest of the modernisation

Good location right in the CBD and staff were nice
Our shower had black mold in it, sticky spots on the carpet and I had the worst sleep of my life. Water was leaking onto the heat pump unit outside the room and the constant drip on the metal was so loud that it kept waking me up which is frustrating because the bed was comfortable. Sadly the windows didn’t open either otherwise we could have put a t shirt or something on it to absorb the noise. Very frustrating when we spent over $250 and couldn’t even sleep
