Close to the airport
Was able to get shuttle bus to airport for our early morning flight home. The driver was lovely. Had a restaurant and the food was fantastic.
Had to carry our luggage upstairs as no lift

Didn’t have breakfast as everything looked very fried and fatty .
Healthy food option would have been great .

We didn't have breakfast
Very disappointed there was no lift, we are both in our late 70's and carrying suitcases up stairs was extremely hard, fortunately another guest offered to help

"Kia ora,
I am just wondering if I was to book a hotel room, if I could always be placed near the stairways please."
